USD 125,000,000 and EUR 100,000,000 Dual Tranche Term Loan Facility

Credit Europe Bank N.V. is very pleased to announce that the USD 125,000,000 and EUR 100,000,000 dual tranche Term Loan Facility (the "Facility") was signed on June 6th, 2008. The club-style transaction was co-ordinated by BayernLB and was very well received by the market with 19 banks joining the transaction.
The purpose of the Facility is to finance Credit Europe Bank’s trade related activities as well as the refinancing of existing debt.
